Our story

Started from passion,
built on trust

Ethereal Events was founded in 2014 by a pair of designers who believed that the beauty of an event could genuinely move people — not just impress them. That belief hasn't changed.

What started as a small studio taking on local birthday parties and bridal showers has grown into a full-service event decoration company responsible for over 350 celebrations — from intimate 20-person brunches to 400-guest ballroom weddings.

We've stayed deliberately boutique. Every client we take on gets the direct attention of our senior team. That's a choice, not a limitation — because we believe the best events come from genuine relationships.

Creative Director & Co-Founder

With a background in fine art and interior design, Amara brings an editorial eye to every event. She leads all design proposals and has personally styled over 200 events since founding the studio.

Sofia

Sofia Reyes

Production Director & Co-Founder

Sofia manages the logistics that make beautiful events actually happen. From vendor relationships to day-of coordination, her meticulous planning ensures every installation goes perfectly.

Maya

Maya Thornton

Senior Floral Designer

Maya's arrangements have been featured in three regional bridal publications. She leads all floral design from the first stem selection to the final arrangement, with a specialty in sculptural and cascading installations.
